SCSI-SATA System Delivers High Performance in a Space-Saving Unit

SANTA CLARA, Calif., May 5, 2006—RAID storage expert Infortrend® today announced the EonStor® A04U-G2421 SCSI-to-SATA subsystem, the company’s first 1U, four-bay RAID array. The ES A04U-G2421 is ideal for building a shared storage pool for data backup in the digital media, broadcast, medical imaging, and security/surveillance environments. With a SCSI-320 host channel and support for up to four SATA-II disk drives, the ES A04U provides reliable storage capacity and SATA-II benefits such as high performance and dedicated bandwidth for direct attached storage (DAS) applications.
