Business Development Manager - Germany & Central Europe (Munich / Germany)

Business Development Manager required to be responsible for the new business developing of RAID storage products throughout Germany & Central Europe. Must be experienced in the area of sales and marketing of storage products and have a good understanding of the channel within this region. Responsibilities include supporting existing channel partners to ensure the continued expansion of their sales, prospecting for, identifying and developing new opportunities throughout the area.

Technical & Sales Support (Munich / Germany)

The responsibility will be the direct support in Pre-Sales, Marketing & Technical area to our customers across Central Europe region. The successful candidate will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Good knowledge of data storage products and the market.
  2. Familiarity with PC architecture, Windows and Linux.
  3. Experience with SATA, SAS, SCSI, Fibre and RAID is a plus.

For all above positions, the ability to communicate with both German & English is required.

Marketing Manager (Basingstoke / UK)

Marketing Manager is required to focus upon and promote strong growth of Infortrend's brand awareness. Should have knowledge and experience of the data storage market place and how the "channel" operates, with the ability to maximise the opportunities this structure provides. Responsibilities will include, building upon the existing relationships and activities of our current channel partners, PR companies, press and complimentary vendors. Should be able to develop and implement effective channel promotions, marketing and PR initiatives, so as to support the overall sales activities and strengthen the brand awareness across the region.

Technical Support Engineers (Basingstoke / UK, multiple positions)

Assisting customers with their technical enquires by e-mail or by telephone. Your technical knowledge will be developed by in house training and lab testing. You need to have a passion to help customers, and a strong desire to understand the technical details of the products.

  1. Applicants should be familiar with Windows server 2003
  2. Network management, active-directory
  3. Willing to learn new technologies
  4. Willing to communicate/help customers across Europe via e-mail and telephone
  5. HTML, PHP, mySQL and Flash (please bring your own examples) is a plus
  6. Knowledge for Linux and additional UNIX operating systems is a plus
  7. Speaking and writing additional European languages is a plus
  8. Experience in similar fields is a plus, Trainee positions also available

Marketing Assistant (Basingstoke UK)

Applicants should have :

  1. Advanced e-mail and office software skills
  2. Be highly organised and creative
  3. Ability to speak and write additional European languages is a plus
  4. Desire to communicate with people around the world

Technical & Sales Support (UK)

Reporting to the Technical Manager, your responsibility will be the direct support in Pre-Sales, Marketing & Technical area to our customers in EMEA region. The successful candidate will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Pan-European support experience preferred, and willing to travel to European countries.
  2. Familiarity with PC architecture, Windows NT/2000 and Linux is a must.
  3. Experience with SATA, SCSI, Fibre and RAID is a plus.
