Application Engineer (AE)
Qualifications:BS or CS/IT, or equivalent by education and + 2 years of experience.
Job Duties:
- Provide customers with pre/post-sales technical support, applying knowledge of RAID, SCSI, Fibre Channel technologies, and prevalent operating systems.
- Assess customer infrastructure requirements, and design appropriate configurations utilizing company's products.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations, and assist with or manage customer evaluations, demonstrating the merits of the company's products over others.
- Provide customer and market input to Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and other pertinent groups within the company.

Desired candidates to possess 5 to 10 years of sales management experience in the storage marketplace. Direct sales experience in the OEM and VAR channels. Preferred location: Boston or Washington. Education: EE or Bachelors in Business Administration.
