We are now looking to expand our US sales team based in San Jose, CA. This is initially an entry level position and comprehensive training will be given covering our product and business strategies leading to a more senior role within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Self-motivated, energetic individual
- Support existing customer's business requirements to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Work with internal teams to resolve all production issues (forecasting, scheduling, and shipping/invoicing) to ensure highest level of supply continuity.
- Responsible for coordinating the scheduling of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), preparing the materials to be used during QBRs, and driving post-mortem issues and activities.
Minimum Requirements:
- BS (or similar) in business related discipline
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
