Docker is an open-source OS-level virtualization platform that allows users to develop, deploy, and run applications in independent containers. The Docker platform powered by Infortrend comes with graphic user interface (GUI). The GUI not only streamlines container management, but also features an App Store with a set of predefined containers for quick deployment. In App Store, multiple types of applications can be quickly installed and launched with just few clicks. For EonStor GS/GSa/GSc/GSe/GSe Pro, Docker with integrated App Store is default included in the system.

App Store

  • When you reach the Docker interface, navigate to the left panel and click App Store.
  • The page displays preset Docker templates for applications such as Caffe2 and TensorFlow.
  • To find a desired Docker template:
    • Option 1. Select a desired category from the top-right menu to display belonging templates.
    • Option 2. Enter a keyword in the top search bar to find matching templates.
    • Option 3. Click on the sorting buttons on the top-right to sort templates in order.

Promote Your Applications with Infortrend

Infortrend’s Docker App Store is now open to our users as a convenient platform to promote their applications. Through the App Store, other enterprise users of Infortrend will be able to access and try your applications in different real-world IT scenarios, and then provide insightful feedback to help your applications evolve.

To register your application on our platform, click the appropriate button depending on whether it is publicly accessible, and then provide required information:

  • If your application is stored in a public registry, click “Public Application Form”.
  • If your application is stored in a private registry, click “Private Application Form”.

Upon receiving your request, we will evaluate and publish it on Infortrend’s Docker App Store in the next release.

Cloud Drive

When you buy desktop NAS GSe Pro 205 and want to construct a cloud drive for your employees in the office, you can build up the environment by setting up Nextcloud via GSe Pro 205 integrated Docker platform. In addition, Nextcloud provides applications for portable devices, achieving uninterrupted access.
