To use various features which are available on CS and enjoy its best performance, it is recommended that you check if the firmware is the latest version.
- If it is the latest version, continue to Create Users and Folders.
- If not, do the following procedure to update the firmware.
- On EonOne, go to Settings > Update & Security > Firmware update.
- Click the link Infortrend Download Center.
- If it is the first time you use Infortrend product, register an email address to create a username and password. If you already have a username, enter it as well as the password.
- For users in China, click on CN for a smooth download. For users in other countries, click Global to download the update.
- Return to the firmware update page on EonOne. Choose Update system firmware, and click Browse to import the downloaded update file.
To run update without restarting the cluster, select Perform the update node by node. Do not restart the system after completion. During the update, the cluster is still able to respond to client requests.
- Click Update to apply the update.
