Important!

• Refer to the Compatibility Guide (QVL) for supported drives.
• Ensure to install the enclosure to the rack first before installing drives to the enclosure’s drive bays
• Ensure that your system has all the drive bays occupied with drive trays even if there are no drives installed. Without the drive trays, the ventilation is compromised and may cause overheating.

1. Press the release button to open the spring handle.

   

2. Orient the drive to the tray with the interface connectors facing the open side of the tray and the drive label facing up.

   

3. Secure the drive to the correct holes of the tray using four of the bundled screws.
   • 3.5” drive screw holes

     

   • 2.5” drive screw holes

     

4. With the spring handle open, insert the assembled drive and tray into the enclosure.

   

5. When the drive tray is fully inserted into the drive bay, close the spring handle.
