Make sure you have at least one user account with access permission to the root shared folder.

  1. Log in to EonOne using the primary appliance’s management IP.
  2. Select the cluster from the device list on the top menu bar.

  3. Go to Settings > Storage > Cluster folders. Select the root shared folder and click Edit.

  4. Go to Permission section. Give one or more users the read/write permission to the root shared folder.
  5. Click OK.
