How to export the storage system Information for Infortrend technical support team to check the issue?
When you encounter any technical issue that may require technical support, you can export detailed system information for in-depth investigation and troubleshooting.
Go to Settings > Node > Node, click on a desired node entry and click Edit. Go to the Diagnostic information tab.
You can export the two types of system data for diagnosis:
- Diagnostic log: Click Export to download the node’s event logs
- System core dump: Click Export to download detailed records of any node crashes and errors.
