What should I do if I cannot see the shared folder on Windows after login?
Possible root cause:
Permission setting incorrect.
Action:
1. Make sure you set the permission for the user.
a) Please go to Settings > File system > File Manager. Then click Launch.
b) Check if the permission setting is correct for the user
2. Make sure you set the share protocol for the folder.
3. Try again to log in.
