What should I do if I cannot access shared folder via SMB/CIFS protocol?
Possible root cause:
1. SMB service disable.
2. SMB service abnormal.
Action:
1. Go to Settings > File system > Protocol and Check if the CIFS/SMB service is on.
2. Try to restart the CIFS/SMB service and login again.
