Rolling Upgrade Process:
- Primary Controller Upgrade:
The primary controller upgrades the firmware first. - Choosing Upgrade Method:
After the primary controller is upgraded, the user has two options: 'restart' or 'rolling upgrade.' - Rolling Upgrade:
- Selecting 'rolling upgrade' avoids a full system restart.
- The I/O operations will only pause for approximately 30 seconds.
- The system will sequentially restart each controller in the background, ensuring minimal disruption.
