Activate the License

For Trial License

1. Go to Service Request Website

2. Log into Infortrend Website
(1) Click Licensing Service and Trial License Download
(2) Follow the steps to get the license file and upload it to EonOne/SANWatch

For Paid License

1. Go to Service Request Website

2. Log into Infortrend Website
(1) Select Product Family
(2) Click Licensing Service and License Activation
(3) Follow the steps to get the license file and upload it to EonOne/SANWatch

For NVR License

1. Go to Service Request Website

2. Log into Infortrend Website
(1) Select Product Family
(2) Click Licensing Service and NVR Software License
(3) Follow the steps to get the license file and upload it to EonOne/SANWatch

For DS 1000/2000 Gen2 Series Free License

1. Go to SANWatch Interface and select the system for which you want to apply for a license

2. Click Information –> License Information and Generate License Application File

3. Go to Service Request Website

4. Log into Infortrend Website
(1) Click Licensing Service and License Renewal & Upgrade
(2) Follow the steps to get the license file and upload it to SANWatch
