Possible Causes
- The user does not have the “File Snapshot License.”
- The default license supports taking snapshots for Block Volume Snapshots and File (XFS) Volume Snapshots, but not for Btrfs volume snapshots.

Contact the retailer to purchase the File Snapshot License.
