What should I do if I cannot see the shared folder on Windows after login?
Possible cause:
Permission setting incorrect.
Action:
- Make sure you set the permission for the user.
a) Please go to Settings > File system > File Manager. Then click Launch.
b) Check if the permission setting is correct for the user
- Make sure you set the share protocol for the folder.
- Try again to login.
