Symptom
When trying to log in to a GS system via SSH, the system shows the message: “Incorrect password”, even though the entered password is correct.
Diagnosis
The SSH login interface on GS systems is reserved for Infortrend support team only.
Therefore, even with the correct credentials, login attempts by general users or administrators will fail.
Solution
Please contact Infortrend Technical Support to request remote assistance if SSH access is necessary for diagnostics or troubleshooting.
