What should I do if the LED color of drive tray is still in red/amber more than 3 minutes after powering up?
Check the LED status of the drive tray.
There are two LEDs on the tray that indicate the status of your drives. When you get notified of a drive failure message, you must check the drive tray LEDs to find the correct location of the failed drive.
Note!
If the LED is in red light, please re-plug the drive tray again and make sure the tray along with the drive is well installed in the enclosure. If the problem cannot be solved, please replace the failed drive.
