Why Can't I Access an Encrypted Shared Folder?

Symptoms

Encrypted folder remains inaccessible after system reboot.

Possible Cause

Occurs when the encryption key is not stored or provided after reboot.

Recommended Solution

  1. Navigate to Settings > Privilege > Shared Folders.
  2. Select the encrypted folder, click Edit, and provide the encryption key or import the saved key file.
  3. Enable Auto-mount to avoid this issue on future reboots.

Preventive Action

  • Always enable Auto-mount for encrypted folders that require frequent access.
  • Safely store encryption key files in a secure location for recovery if needed.
