What should I do if none of the LEDs lights up on the front panel and the PSU?
Possible causes:
- Power cable is not inserted properly.
- Power cable is faulty
- PSU is faulty
- The storage device did not power on.
Suggested actions:
- Make sure all cables are tightly connected to the storage device.
- Make sure the storage device has been powered on.
- Change power cables if the problem still exists. If you have any faulty hardware modules, contact your reseller.
